The Cheese Cake

Les Roots, proprieter of Roots Delicatessen in High Wycombe sourced some great British cheeses for our cake.

While the cheeses looked a little like Brie, Stilton and Cheddar, they were Wigmore, Blacksticks Blue and Old Sussex.
